Privacy
Pocketful processes your files in the browser. Pocketful does not upload files, file names, search queries, or processed results to its own servers.
Anonymous usage counts
When a core tool action succeeds, the site sends Pocketful the tool slug, one usage count, and a boolean indicating whether this browser used that tool for the first time. The request contains no file content, file name, search query, or account identifier.
Local storage
The site uses localStorage or sessionStorage for theme preferences, recently used tools, per-tool first-use markers, and whether you dismissed the ad during the current session. You can remove this data through your browser's site-data settings.
Advertising and cookies
This site may display ads served by third-party vendors, including Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info/choices. See also How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland will see a consent message provided by a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP), where they can choose between personalized and non-personalized ads.
Third-party resources
Tool libraries for OCR, PDF, compression and similar features, as well as page fonts, are hosted on Pocketful's own origin. AI tools such as background removal may download a model (tens of MB) from the model provider on first use; your browser can cache it. Your images are still processed locally and are not uploaded as files to Pocketful.
Offline use
After the relevant page and same-origin dependencies load, most tools can continue working offline. Tools that need a first-time AI model download are not guaranteed to work offline until that model is cached.
