What you can do next
FAQ
Are my images uploaded anywhere?
No. The image is cut on a local Canvas in your browser — nothing ever leaves your device.
Which grid sizes are available?
Presets for 3×3, 2×2, 1×3, 3×1, 2×3 and 3×2, plus custom grids up to 12 × 12. Leftover pixels go to the first rows and columns, so the tiles always cover the original exactly.
How do I make a 3×3 grid for Instagram?
Split a square image with the 3×3 preset and download the ZIP. For a profile grid, post the tiles one by one in reverse order (bottom-right first). For a swipeable carousel, add them in reading order instead.
What format are the downloaded tiles?
PNG by default, with JPEG and WebP options. Grab tiles one by one, use Download all to save them individually, or bundle everything into a ZIP.
